Terms of Use

Last updated:

These terms apply to your use of co-mate.tech (the "site"), operated by Co-Mate, Kerala, India. By using the site you agree to them.

Information on this site

We publish guides and summaries about e-invoicing regulations, software and automation to help businesses understand their options. Regulations, technical specifications and timelines change often. Regulatory pages show a "last reviewed" date and link to official sources, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current or applies to your situation.

Nothing on this site is tax, legal or accounting advice. Always confirm your obligations with the relevant tax authority or a qualified adviser before acting.

Our role

Co-Mate is an integration engineering company. We are not an accredited service provider (ASP), Peppol Access Point or tax-authority-approved provider, and we do not exchange, clear or report invoices to any authority on anyone's behalf.

Services

Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written proposal or contract. Those terms take precedence over these terms for the services concerned.

Readiness check

The e-invoicing readiness check is a simple self-assessment tool. Its result is indicative only and is not an assessment of your legal compliance.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to Co-Mate unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source page. Product names and trademarks mentioned (such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, Xero and Sage) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their mention does not imply partnership or endorsement.

Links to other sites

We link to official government and standards websites and to other resources. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Co-Mate is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site. The site is provided "as is".

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kerala having jurisdiction, unless a services contract states otherwise.
