Your existing software, made compliant, modern and automated. We are an engineering studio from Kerala, India, working with businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC, India and other e-invoicing markets.
Why we exist
Most businesses don't need new software. They need their software to work harder.
Across the GCC and India, businesses run on systems that work: an ERP customised over years, a billing tool the team knows by heart, an in-house application that encodes how the company operates. Then a regulation arrives, or growth exposes the limits, and the advice is often to throw it all out and start again.
We think that is usually the wrong answer. Our work is to connect existing systems to the platforms they now need to talk to, upgrade the parts that are holding the business back, and automate the repetitive work around them.
E-invoicing is our main focus because it is the clearest example: a mandate that sounds like a software replacement project, but is really an integration engineering problem.
What we do
- Integrate ERPs and billing systems with e-invoicing platforms, ASPs, Peppol Access Points and tax-authority APIs.
- Build white-label connectors and ERP adapters for ASPs, Access Points and ERP partners.
- Modernize legacy PHP, desktop, Access and on-premise software into secure web applications.
- Build AI workflow automation connected to existing tools, with guardrails and human review.
- Develop custom business software: CRM, HRMS, operations, workforce allocation and portals.
What we don't do
- We are not an accredited UAE ASP, a Peppol Access Point or a ZATCA-approved solution provider.
- We do not exchange, clear or report invoices to tax authorities ourselves.
- We do not give tax or legal advice; we implement rules agreed with you and your advisers.
- We do not push you to replace software that can be made compliant or upgraded.
- We do not publish client names, logos or figures without permission.

Where we are and who we serve
We are based in Kerala, India. We work remotely with clients across the GCC and India, and with ASPs and ERP partners wherever they operate.
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST. IST is 1.5 hours ahead of UAE/Oman time and 2.5 hours ahead of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait, so our day fully covers the GCC morning and early afternoon.
