Why did Co-Mate build it?
Quotation and invoicing tools are among the systems we build as custom software. Many smaller businesses need the same core workflow but not a fully custom system, so we built Quotely Pro as a ready-to-use product around it.
The aim is practical: less time rebuilding quotes that look much like last week's, no retyping between a quotation and its invoice, and documents that look the same whoever on the team prepares them.
It is designed, built and maintained by the same engineering team that delivers Co-Mate's client projects. If your business needs more than a standard workflow, such as approvals, ERP sync or e-invoicing compliance, we can build that as a custom system instead.
